70opens · per event

Visibility that actually lands.

A person needs around 7 touchpoints with you before they decide. On Famville, an event is currently opened about 70 times in the app — roughly 70 families seeing your event. And every one of them is a parent of an age-matched child. No competing with concerts and corporate seminars, no random ticket browsers. Just the right families.

In the app

Your event, right where parents are looking.

When a parent opens Famville and filters by their child's age, your offering is right there — already matched, ready to book. No scrolling past concerts and corporate seminars to find you.

Why Famville

Where parents and organizers find each other — fast.

🔒

Every user is verified

Everyone signs up with phone-number verification. So the families seeing your event are real people, not bots, fake accounts or padded numbers.

👨‍👩‍👧

A parents-only audience

Famville isn't a nightlife or general-events app. Everyone here is a parent looking for something to do with their kids — so every view is a relevant one.

🎯

No algorithm to fight

Your event isn't buried or pay-to-promote. It's shown to parents with age-matched children every time they open the app — found in seconds, not lost in a feed.

🤝

Sharing built in

A friends list inside the app makes it easy for parents to pass your event to the families they know. Word of mouth, where families already are.

Two ways to publish

Bring your own booking — or use ours.

Already have a booking system? Keep it. Don't have one? Use Famville Ticketing. These paid options apply in NRW; launch cities can publish for free while Famville grows locally.

Contact us
Billing & listings

The details, in plain language.

How listings are counted and billed — straight from our terms, written so you can actually read them. No surprises on the invoice.

What is the process?
Send us an email with the link and description of your events, the number of courses or listings, when you want them to become visible, and how long they should stay live. We add the events to Famville and will contact you for billing information.
What counts as one listing?
A listing is one offering as families experience it — regardless of how many dates it has or how it's booked. A weekly course for one age group is one listing, even across many sessions. But genuinely separate offerings — different age groups, languages, locations or content — each count as their own. The count follows what parents see as distinct, not the number of dates or booking links.
When does billing start?
Billing starts at go-live — the day your listing becomes visible to families — and runs in 30-day periods. You can name a future start date; visibility and billing begin together on that day. There's no pro-rata: each started period is billed in full.
How far in advance should I send my events?
Send complete details (a working booking link, dates/times and the age group) at least 10 days before the event or booking deadline, so families have time to discover and book. We process new or changed listings within 5 working days of receiving complete info.
What if my event details change?
Just let us know through your usual channel — new dates, times, links or age groups. A change doesn't restart your billing period. (A substantially new offer — a new booking link or a fully different set of dates — counts as a new listing.)

Good to know

Questions, answered.

How is Famville different from Eventbrite?
On Eventbrite your family event competes with concerts, conferences and corporate seminars — and you pay to be seen. On Famville, every person browsing is a parent looking for something to do with their kids, your offering is shown only to families whose children match its age, and every listing sits at the top — no bidding, no boosting. It's a discovery platform built for families and your city, not a generic checkout page.
How do I start?
It depends on how you publish. With Famville Ticketing: open the app, tap Create, and follow the steps — that's it. With your own booking system: email us your event links and how many months you'd like, and we set everything up for you. (A self-serve partner dashboard is on the way.)
Can I try it for just 1–3 months?
Yes. You choose the length — start with a single month or a few, with no long-term commitment. A listing runs for the period you book and renews only if you ask.
Who is Famville for?
Event organizers, course providers and family venues — kids cafés, indoor playgrounds, museums, farms, holiday camps and recurring class providers. If your offering is for families, there's a place for it.
Do I need my own booking system?
No. If you have one, embed your link and parents book directly with you. If you don't, use Famville Ticketing — booking and payment happen inside the app.
What does it cost?
Famville is currently active in NRW, so paid publishing applies there. In launch cities like Berlin, Munich, Nuremberg, Warsaw and San Francisco, publishing is currently free while the local family audience builds.
Is Famville only in Düsseldorf?
Düsseldorf is our home city with a live family audience. We're also growing into Berlin, Munich and Nuremberg, where publishing is currently free while the audience builds. You can publish in any of these cities.
